How it works

Get your Page Access Token

Generate a token via Graph API Explorer with the leads_retrieval permission.

Copy your Lead Form ID

Find it in Facebook Ads Manager → Lead Ads → Form Library. It's a 15–17 digit number.

Click Download

The tool calls Graph API v23.0, fetches all pages of results, and builds your CSV.

CSV downloads automatically

All lead fields — name, email, phone, and custom questions — are included. Open in Excel or Sheets.

Pro Tips

  • Use a long-lived Page Access Token (60-day) for scheduled exports.
  • Tokens expire — regenerate if you see an "invalid token" error.
  • Facebook retains lead data for 90 days after submission.
  • Custom form fields are exported automatically in the CSV.
